Townhome

We are moved in for the most part. I’m still rearranging stuff to figure out where it fits best and finding places for all my little knick-knacks. The ‘library’ was a high priority so we could get back to doing school, especially since our schedule isn’t so full yet with other activities to distract us.

The place is kinda hard to visualize. The three bedrooms and laundry are on the top floor. The living area, library, dining, and kitchen are in the middle level with a small split, and the office/workout room/guest room and garage are on the bottom level. Our front door is up a level from street and on the opposite side from the garage. We have two balconies, one off the master and one off the kitchen but probably won’t use them a ton as they don’t really have a great view anyway. We have been letting the nice ocean breeze go through the house and have hardly had to run our air at all (we were already running the air in Jan at the old house).

Our neighbors are either not very loud or we have good insulation. We hear their running water, but not much else. I hope they can’t hear us either cause my kids stomp around a lot and are kinda loud sometimes. 🙂

Come visit!
