On Thursday, we met up with some hs friends and did the Orange County zoo. It is inside one of the county parks and is quite small (we were able to do the whole zoo in an hour). It is nice that you are up close and personal with the animals though and we seemed to be there during a feeding time so were able to see almost all the animals. It took us quite a bit of time to get there, but it was only $2/person and it had quite a few larger animals than I was expecting. The bald eagle was beautiful and we got to the bear right as they were letting her back into her area.
Overall, a fun trip!
