Baby Update

This past week we had an OB checkup, a sizing ultrasound, and our maternity pics (along with other family and individual pics for the year).

The OB says “You’ve made it to 33 weeks, we’re likely to go full term!” Yay! I’m likely to go late anyway. 🙂 We’ll also start going to once a week checks after my next appt at 36 weeks.

Ultrasound tech says everything looks good. Baby’s head is measuring a little bigger than other measurements (it’s a Moehring). She came up with Feb 14th as due date. Hehe. Once again, no good profile pic, baby kept its hands up in front of its face and its head is really low, so hard to get image. She said it looks like baby has my nose.

I am going to meet the pediatrician that a friend recommended on Tuesday. She says he’s great, but I guess it would be good to discuss some of those important parenting choices you have to make when you first have a little one.

Then we have a shower on Saturday. It’s more of a party since I don’t really need any stuff. Thanks Veronique! You rock!

We’ve starting packing the go bags and have some loose plans for what to do with Hannah and Benjamin when we go to the hospital. We’ll (They’ll) have to be flexible. And, we’ve started narrowing in on names finally. I guess after the shower on Sat, I’d be ready to have this baby anytime. 😉

I’m so thankful for our friend Char who did our photoshoot for us. No matter how hard I try, I just can’t do shots with me in them by myself. Hehe. She’s great!
