Adventure Playground

Last week we went on an outing to a place called Adventure Playground in Huntington Beach. It was a bit of a drive, but definitely a unique spot to visit. They had three main areas. The first was a very shallow lake where the children could pole little rafts around. The second was a building area with hammers, nails, and pieces of wood and tree house platforms that you could build up. And the third was a water slide into a little pond that was pretty fun. While it was interesting, it didn’t hold my children’s attention for very long and after they had tried out all the areas and it started to get a little more crowded, they were ready to head back home.
