. . . and the lake begins!
Our ‘lake’, named ‘Home Lake’ by Hannah and ‘Come and Go Lake’ by Benjamin has been steadily running off and going down. But now it is finished running off and will stay until it either evaporates or soaks into the ground (which is saturated at the moment). . . so hopefully will be around for a little while. The HOA has a little party barge that you can pull out into the middle and a couple paddle boats so Nate and the kids went out in one yesterday. It is really pretty in the morning with the sunrise and it so fun to see out the back windows.
