Ministries we are involved with currently:
- We are currently involved in a home group, help teach Sunday School for 3rd and 4th graders, and host a women’s bible study in our house, but we are still searching and deciding what ministries (service to those outside of the church) to be involved with at 2 Rivers Church.
- We are now (since 2007) foster care certified in the state of Arizona!! We believe this is where God has been calling us to devote the majority of our time and attention. Many prayers needed in this area as we go forward. More details.
- Project 6:8, based on Micah 6:8, is a new ministry aimed at finding homes for all the eligible foster children in Arizona. Nate and I attend gatherings hosted by this community and have some wonderful connections with other foster parents.
