The Engagement

The
Story

November 13th was our one year anniversary (of dating) and we had planned
about a month ahead of time to go to Research Park.
Background: This
is where we had our first kiss. So Nate told me he would pick me up around 8.
But, I (not knowing what he had planned) called and asked if I could come over
for dinner because I didn’t want to cook. Nate had planned on leaving his guitar
hidden at the park and then come to get me, but since I was coming over had
to change plans quickly. He called a friend of ours, Cory Hamilton, to bring
his guitar to ‘our place’ at a certain time. So we finally got to the park and
had a nice stroll, then we ran into our friend and he gave Nate his guitar.
By this time I was starting to figure it all out. Nate had written me a song,
which he sang to me. (It was very romantic under the moon and stars) and then
he proposed. I of course, said yes!

It was custom wrote and goes on and on;
