You know it’s going to be a good day when you have a nice rain and full double rainbow over your head in the morning. My camera can’t do it justice (or fit the whole thing).
We had a visitor in our backyard yesterday. As long as she isn’t eyeing my chicks, we can be friends.
Cicadas are so beautiful! Hannah the science kid wants you to know they live underground eating tree sap for 6 years and only live one day after they come out.
First pumpkin and peach blossoms!
I guess she’s a Texan now!?! We’ve even convinced Ben to wear some boots we got him sometimes instead of his Crocs. smile emoticon
Hannah had her 8 year well check today. 34% for weight at 53 lbs and 62% for height at 4’3″. Tall and skinny, yep. Lost three teeth this year. Overall healthy and happy and we love being her parents!
I told the kids that Momma Char would like some snail shells and Hannah runs up stairs and returns with a handful! Want these? A couple of them are only halves. I really like the brown one in the lower right.
Hannah is having lots of fun with her new books and it keeps her busy a lot longer than regular color pages!
