{"id":12626,"date":"2019-01-23T21:08:50","date_gmt":"2019-01-24T03:08:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.themoehrings.com\/?p=12626"},"modified":"2026-03-03T09:11:07","modified_gmt":"2026-03-03T15:11:07","slug":"invisible-thread","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.themoehrings.com\/index.php\/2019\/01\/invisible-thread","title":{"rendered":"Invisible Thread"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\n\nWith our outpost (troop) growing and kids earning merits and the prospect of 100+ patches to sew for an upcoming ceremony, I was under a little more pressure to figure out a modern solution to hand sewing.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/ta5\/1.5\/16\/1f642.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I found some &#8220;invisible&#8221; thread, basically fishing line. I was worried it would get tangled as it keeps its form more than regular thread, but it seems to be doing well. I&#8217;m only using it on the top side, but yay. No more changing colors and broken needles.
