Pray for my home town. That bridge on the left is about 40 ft up from the river level. Everyone is working hard to rescue. My family is safe.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Edited to add: New reports out say 26\u2019 rise in 45 minutes in the middle of the night. Crested at almost 30′. That is the \u201cofficial\u201d report.<\/div>\n
We are used to flash floods, but no one has emergency plans for that much that fast.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
