Well, I think Benjamin has had a very nice birthday week!

– We started off with a trip to Disney on Friday (14th) since we are blocked out on the weekend and he got to wear his birthday button all around. I was impressed with how many staff and other park visitors told him Happy Birthday. We got to meet up with some AZ friends and Ben finally got to ride Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride! We couldn’t stay very long though because Gram and PawPaw got into town that afternoon.

– Pictures start mid way through this album page and go to the end.

– On Saturday, 15th, we had his Ninjago party. We had it at a park next to a playground and all the kiddos got a ninja mask, a ninja name, and we folded ninja stars. Nate got his ninja on toward the end when it started to get dark and we handed out glow sticks and he chased all the kids around. Of all the planning we did, everyone enjoyed rolling down the hill the most! 😉

– Birthday party pics here.

– Sunday was his actual birthday so we opened presents and ate cake and had a regular day. He got some fun goodies, some Lego and Playmobile kits, the Brick Bible, and some K’nex (so far Hannah likes them more than Ben does).

– Present pictures here.

– Monday we had his checkup. He is 42 pounds and 42 inches (just tall enough for most of the Disney rides). He had two shots plus the flu shot, but is healthy and happy. The nurse was glad he took his shots without crying.

The rest of the time Gram and PawPaw have been wearing us out. Which is why we just got this posted today. . .
