So, I think today will be the day I mark as Hannah successfully communicating her wants with us instead of just crying. She was sitting at the table with us (she normally does during dinner) while we were eating and she was getting kinda fussy. Then she looked at Nate and started opening and closing her mouth. She looked like a big ol’ fish. \ud83d\ude42 So we decided she wanted to eat what we were eating, which of course we couldn’t give her any. Instead, I got out a cracker and figured she would gnaw on it and get bored. But she ate it all. Ate is a relative term as is was more like lick it until it got really soggy and disolved all over her face and hands. I’m not sure how much she actually got in her mouth, but she was decidedly happy with the flavor and the correct interpretation of her fish face by her parents. \ud83d\ude42 <\/p>\n
