We went with the Diltz grandparents and the Millers to Tyler for most of Christmas week for vacation. We took Hope with us even though we normally wouldn’t because we didn’t want to traumatize her with a boarding or other family since we’ve only had her a few weeks. She did ok and I think it helped her that we’ve taken her somewhere and brought her back to our house again.
\nHighlights include an indoor waterpark, more Christmas presents, a bouncy place, lunch at Razoos (a pretty yummy Cajun place), a toothpaste devotion and house building event, Amy and Juntin’s 10th anniversary, and battle of the sexes! As always, we had good food and fun times. The cousins play very well together.
\nIt’s great to be able to say, “See you in a couple weeks!”

\n– Pictures from our Christmas activities at home are here!<\/a>
