I don’t understand why banks do such a horrible job estimating my escrow. Sometimes I have a shortage and other times I have a huge surplus. Crazy! I want to take over. My taxes don’t change that much.

Bill N Beth C Some lenders, like FHA loans, don’t let you manage your own escrow. You would have to check with your mortgage company.
