Becca’s Christmas!

It wasn’t exactly what I was talking about . . . but we were able to get these shelves very cheaply from a garage sale the church was having. I just had to put some sweat equity into them (with the help of a friend) to get them cleaned up and painted. Then Nate had to mount them to the wall so they won’t be falling on our childrens’ heads. When the shelves were up with no books on them yet, Ben said “Ladders Daddy?”. And that is why they are mounted. I’m sure I’ll be rearranging and figuring out what works best. I am going to try to get two more of the long shelves for the left and right sections. I might someday when I’m feeling adventurous, make cabinet doors for a couple of the bottom sections.

So Becca’s Christmas present is a library!
