Our overall theme for this year’s curriculum is world cultures. We started with ‘cave men’ and then into ancient Egyptians, and now we’re learning about the Romans. When we were learning about the Egyptians, one of the suggested crafts was to make an Egyptian collar. So that’s what we did!
Not the best picture of Hannah, but the collar turned out good. 🙂
P.S. After we did this, we read the story of Joseph becoming second to the Pharaoh in our bible reading and in the illustration he had a collar similar to this on and Hannah thought that was great!
