  1. Kim M Planting your garden???? We were -7 last night. No gardening for me for a few more months.

Rebecca Diltz Nate Moehring I actually already have spinach, brocolli, radishes, onions, and I think my strawberries have survived the freezes. But it’s getting warm enough for pollinators to come out so I can put in things with flowers. Yay!
Rebecca Diltz Nate Moehring My memories just showed me that we planted our little fruit trees last year on this day. 🙂
Luz F And they have done well here even with the freeze? Do you cover them? (Sounds like – and possibly are- dumb questions, but we recently moved here to Waco from Nevada which has a completely different climate.
Rebecca Diltz Nate Moehring Luz, yes, we covered them when we knew it was going to be a hard freeze which I think was twice this year for a couple of days. The broccoli didn’t do as good, but I got a couple nice heads before that, and I’m hoping it might bounce back.

Luz F And your soil will be wet and loose, easy to plant in. Enjoy the rest so you’ll be ready for tomorrow. 🙂
