1 Yr Old

Our company was ‘formed’ on Aug 15th of last year so it is one year old! I have three houses in Waco and the one in AZ and one I’m managing for a friend. I have had two of them turnover already, but that is due largely to giving some people who I wouldn’t normally rent to a chance to try it out. Aside from the delay in finding new tenants, I’ve mostly been able to keep monthly rents coming in. I’ve had lots of offers to manage for other people and have turned them down as I don’t have a lot of free time, but I did accept for the house next door as that is a pretty easy commute. 😉 It has been fun to discover that my network in town will ask me if I have an availability or send friends to me when they know someone is looking. Unfortunately, openings are few and far between, but it is good to know people are thinking of me. Not really “making money” as any extra right now goes back into the houses, but making progress toward a 10 year plan. Haha.
