Remember

Thanks to Oct 15th being pregnancy and infant loss remembrance day, more people are aware of just how many of their friends and family are hurting.
But here’s a suggestion, don’t wait until Oct 15th of next year to check on them again, even if they look like they are doing ok. Grief doesn’t wait until a designated day. It doesn’t go away just because we have a day to recognize it. It doesn’t actually ever go away, we just get better at dealing with it.
8 pregnancies, 3 babies.
If you need to cry with me, I’m here. It is ok, it is healthy, it is necessary.

  1. Kristen S I’ve had someone shame me and tell me it meant I was never pregnant and everyone knows when they are having a miscarriage…. Not the sharpest tool….
