Poem Assignment

Benjamin wrote this poem under duress but it turned out nicely. Learning that sometimes you just have to do things even if you don’t enjoy them or want to do them.
 
Forest Poem

The forest is always alive with sound,
Never too quiet,
Never too loud.
 
It doesn’t know the bustle of the city,
It is just a calm place filled with greens,
And the animals hustling about.
 
It has no need for human ways,
Nothing in its life has ever changed,
Because it is the calmest day.
 
There are many things that live and thrive,
Birds, fish, deer and more,
All of them stay alive.
 
The undergrowth and tall trees,
The flowers and the fruits and veggies,
They all help make the honey of the bees.
 
The forest is always alive with sound,
Never too quiet,
Never too loud.
