Yesterday was Proverbs 31 Properties 5th anniversary!
We threw ourselves a little party on Saturday to celebrate. Thanks to everyone who has helped along the way, we are pleased with how things are going.
This past year was pretty exciting with continuing to learn new things. We had a house fire with a total claim and then tried out an owner finance. Bought a few more houses. I’m sure taxes will be fun haha.

Pat H I think owner finance is much less work than rentals, & can be more profitable. Hope you have a good experience with it.
