We left our house at 7am, took off at 12:30pm, had a layover in Brussels, Belgium, landed in Tel Aviv around 2:30 Israel time on Sunday, found our group, made it to our rooms in Nahariyah (Northern Israel) in time for dinner at 6:30pm and headed for bed.
We lost 8 hours but spring forward gave us one back so we were ahead by 7 hours all week.
