I don’t remember exactly when this starter started, my first starter didn’t work so I think it was probably in October ’24. So a year later and I think my little babies are finally doing what they tell me they are supposed to, haha. Having to learn temperatures and time lengths and best place to store everything at my house sure has taken a while. Pretty happy with this loaf!
