Cucumbers

We have a good crop of cucumbers this year, probably due to the amount of rain we’ve been having, which lets me restock our pickle supply (it was out). Pat recently gave me her dehydrator so I’m also attempting pickle chips. These were too thin, but tasty. I think I’ve got the thickness right now and in the next batch I’m adding ranch flavor. Excited to taste!
