  1. Karen R Juice Plus makes a yummy chocolate shake powder to add to bananas and milk and stuff. If you know anyone who sells it, ask for a sample!
Cassie W Yes Juice Plus and the powder comes with many smoothie ideas. I do OH and berries with or without banana, almond milk and pumpkin purée or almond milk and chocolate powder w or w/o banana.m (you can add peanut butter powder too)

Christina M plain non-fat yogurt, strawberries, blueberries, banana, and honey!

Kerri H Pb2 or plain peanut butter, and I hear good things about Shakeology!
Stephanie G Shakeology is amazeballs, but also costs $100 🙁

Sue C If you have Pinterest, there are a lot of good ideas on there.

Kristen G I just do frozen fruit and almond milk. You could use yogurt also.

Steven V I do frozen fruit, it’s cheaper and actually fresher than “fresh fruit” because it was picked ripe and then flash frozen, whereas “fresh fruit” is picked green and sometimes sprayed to ripen in transit and then can sit in a warehouse or store for a whi…See More

I make smoothies for breakfast most mornings. My new thing is blending a whole bunch of fresh spinach, kale, and carrots, and then freezing it in ice cube trays. I use two cubes with half a banana, milk, whey protein powder, and cinnamon. Sometimes I add peanut butter or different fruits for variety. 😊

Doti G Our favorite is simple and easy…frozen strawberries, 1/2 banana, and 1/2 cup of orange juice. The kids love it!

Christine P I freeze over-ripe bananas for the cold and thickness, use plain yogurt and whatever else is at hand.

Danielle O Fresh pineapple can cover the taste of spinach like nobody’s business 🍍🌱

Kim M frozen bananas, any frozen fruit I have, plain low fat yogurt, fresh spinach, 1/4 tsp vanilla, 1 TBS sugar, 1 TBS wheat germ and 1TBS flax seed milled. Sometimes fresh squeezed orange juice if I have them around.

Barbie H Arbonne has vegan protein shake mixes which are delicious. Let me know if you want to try a sample and I’ll hook you up. <3
I have a bunch of recipes that use our shake mixes, too.
Rebecca Diltz Nate Moehring Sure, a sample sounds good.

Glenn Pat M Can slip in spinach for iron. No taste to it
